A return of the voucher is possible if a declaration of cancellation is sent to MATS LECH ALPENQUARTIER (Chalet Bergblick GmbH), (Tannberg 375, 6764 Lech / info@mats-lech) within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. However, the right of cancellation does not apply if the service has already begun within the cancellation period. Otherwise the voucher will be cancelled in the system and the voucher code will lose its validity. Once the process has been completed, the amount will only be refunded to the payment method used during the purchase process. Only customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act can make use of the right of return.
